HOURS AND INFORMATION
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We take pride in making your visit to our clinic comfortable and thorough. We see patients by appointment, and make a sincere attempt to see patients at their appointed time. In case of an after hours emergency the clinic’s answering service will notify the physician on call.

INITIAL APPOINTMENT
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for sufficient time to complete all necessary information. To complete forms prior to your scheduled appointment click here! Be sure to bring your Insurance card and a photo ID with you to your scheduled appointment.
REFERRALS
If your Insurance Company requires a referral from your Primary Care Physician, please arrive at the clinic with all necessary referral information and documents. You must have this referral before you will be able to see the physician.
TENNCARE
We do not see patients that are on presumptive TennCare. This simply means you have applied for benefits but have not been approved. When you have been approved and assigned to an MCO (Managed Care Organization) your name will appear in the Tennessee Insurance Database, we will then appoint you based on which MCO you are assigned to.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Appointments should be canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time, this will allow other patients to use this appointment.
INSURANCE
Jackson Regional Women’s Center accepts most major health plans and coverage. Our physicians accept Medicare assignment, therefore are participating Medicare Providers. We will summit the necessary forms to your insurance carrier. Most insurance contracts however, involve copays, deductibles and/or percentage allowances. Because the entire bill is seldom covered in full, responsibility for payment rests with the patient being treated or the parent/guardian. Should we receive any payment that exceeds your balance due, the excess will be refunded to you. Please address any questions regarding your bill with our experienced Insurance Specialist, at 731-668-4455.
FINANCIAL POLICY
Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made in cash, check, money order or Master Card, Visa and Debit Cards.
